What does behavioral sabotage look like?Sabotage can be obvious in individuals, groups or organizations, but more often it is covert. Participants of Living Consciously learn to recognize it, stop it and replace it, permanently. A "short-list" of common expressions of behavioral sabotage:
Angry, fighting, fearful, doubting, irritable, low self-esteem, blaming, criticism, condemnation, judgment, health problems, low motivation, poor attendance, apathy, indifference, troubled relationships, decreased productivity, unhappy, increased appetite, distraction, domineering, controlling, dictatorship, hardness, mocking, bullying, violence, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, substance abuse, self-absorbed, stubborn, thinking the worst, envisioning the worst, hoping for the worst, isolation, depression, jealousy, resentment, problems, stress, anxiety, loss of hope, despair, justification, arguing, ignoring, denial, rejection, refusal, worrying, analyzing, excessive, obsessive, impulsive, over-protective.
